   Each person’s name, email, language, centre and role; the courses, progress, notes, questions and certificates.

   What for

   Only so that the platform works: showing courses, saving progress, sending invitations and notices, and issuing certificates.

   Who sees it

   Each centre only sees the data in its own space. Study notes are private to each student.

   Security

   Passwords are stored encrypted, access depends on each person’s role and backups are made.

5. 05

   Your rights

   You can ask your centre or the platform to correct or delete your data.
